Justin "Goose the Creator" Gosnell is a dynamic creative professional, business leader, and community advocate based in California.

With a career that spans business, branding, education, and union activism, Goose brings a unique combination of creativity, leadership, and service into everything he builds.

Born and raised in California, Justin graduated from Buhach Colony High School with honors and recognition for leadership, including Boys State and lifetime memberships in both the California Scholarship Federation and American Legion. He went on to study Business Management at UC Merced, building a foundation in operations, marketing, and leadership that shaped his entrepreneurial path. 

Justin began his career with an internet provider as an Account Executive, quickly proving his strengths in sales, service, and leadership. He later joined a major telecom company, where he has built a 17+ year career in both national and corporate retail. Throughout, he’s earned recognition for high performance, ethical service, and his commitment to workers’ rights. 

In addition to his corporate role, Justin is an active union advocate. He is a proud member of two unions:

• United Domestic Workers (UDW)
• Communications Workers of America (CWA)

Within the CWA, Justin serves as a Union Steward, Mobilizer, and was on the Election Committee, where he helps protect workers’ rights, push for fair policies, and organize members to build a stronger voice for employees across industries.  His work in union spaces reflects his larger philosophy: stand up, speak out, and build better systems for everyone.

Justin’s passion for creativity led him to launch his own brand, Goose the Creator, where he specializes in:

• Brand Development and Logo Design
• Event Media Production (Flyers, Videos, Social Content)
• Small Business Marketing and Strategy
• Nonprofit and Community Organization Support
• Educational Content Creation (including AI training courses)

Justin also serves as the Art Director for Bless Up Clothing, a clothing brand that blends creativity, culture, and positive messaging — offering him an outlet to combine his love for fashion, branding, and community building.

His work supports a wide range of clients including small businesses, nonprofits, and community-driven organizations.
